Order Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing as soon as possible. Orders cannot be considered cancelled until confirmation has been provided by our team.

Before Production Begins

Orders may be eligible for cancellation before production begins. Any non-refundable deposits, sourcing costs, sample costs, artwork setup fees, or other work already completed may still be deducted from the refund amount.

After Production Has Started

Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible due to materials, labor, and machine time already being allocated to your order.

If a cancellation is approved after production has started, the customer will be responsible for all costs incurred up to the cancellation date, including materials, labor, printing setup, pattern work, cutting, sewing, and any completed units.

Custom, Bulk, and Special Orders

Custom garments, private label orders, bulk production runs, specialty printing, and made-to-spec projects are generally non-cancellable once materials have been ordered or production planning has begun.

Deposits and Payments

Deposits made toward custom manufacturing and printing orders are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Partial or full payments may be retained to cover work already completed, purchased materials, and administrative costs.

Changes Instead of Cancellation

In some cases, minor order changes may be accommodated before production begins. Once production has started, changes to sizing, quantities, garment specs, artwork, print placement, or materials may not be possible and may result in additional charges.

Refund Eligibility

Any approved refund will be issued only for the portion of the order that has not yet been completed, sourced, or committed to production. Refund amounts, if any, will be determined after reviewing the current status of the order.
